Having earned an MBA from Harvard University and a law degree from Duke University, Attorney May has served as a business consultant to small to mid-size companies as well as individuals. He has served as General Counsel to Nationwide Insurance Company's Mississippi offices and has trained Nationwide's insurance agents on how to avoid homeowners and commercial insurance "bad faith" claims. Attorney May now focuses his insurance practice on representing policyholders in insurance coverage and liability disputes, including wrongful denial of insurance claims ("bad faith").
